Shipping and Handling

Delivery is free on every order, and we deliver within Egypt. You pay in cash when your order arrives.

Your order will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days, depending on your location. If we cannot meet that time, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree another one.

If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the delivery person will contact you to arrange another time. Products can be left with a third party (such as a building guard) with your explicit authorization.

If an order cannot be delivered or is refused, we reserve the right to cancel it and return the products to our warehouses.

Liability and risks relating to the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage) transfer to you once they are delivered to the address in your order, and we are not obligated to accept returns or exchanges if the address you provided is incorrect. Occasionally, the supply of products may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed; however, we bear no liability towards you for such delay or failure in delivery.
