Return Policy for Online Orders

Regarding the return of products purchased online, you will bear full responsibility for all risks (including loss and/or damage to the products) upon delivery of the product to the address specified in the order, and we will not be responsible for refunds or replacements if the specified address is incorrect. There may be a delay in supplying products, or we may not be able to provide them due to reasons beyond our control (for example: material shortages, import delays, or higher than expected demand). Accordingly, we will keep you updated with the latest developments, but we will not be held responsible for any delay resulting from this event.

Cancellation / Return Process for Online Orders

You can cancel an order yourself from your orders page until our team accepts it. After that, please contact “Customer Service” during working hours.

You have the right to return your order in case you change your mind, or if the products are defective, damaged, non-compliant with specifications, or if a wrong product was delivered.

If a wrong, damaged, or non-compliant product is delivered, or if it does not match your order, the purchase price of the product will be refunded. In all cases, you must return the incorrect, damaged, or wrong products to us as soon as possible in their original condition.

We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur to the products while in your possession, and in this case, we may reject your return or exchange request.

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged for health or hygiene reasons. If such products have been unwrapped, opened, or used, you will not be able to return them. This exception does not apply if the products were damaged or defective when you received them.

This return policy aims to provide an easier shopping experience. However, we record the number of returns made by customers and we may refuse some return requests in the future at our discretion if returns are repeated.

Basic Conditions for the Return Process

  • Any return process must be completed within 14 days from the date you receive the order. (Please note that the time limit is according to the applicable laws in your country, and in the case of promotional offers, the specific conditions of the offers will apply).
  • Please have your order code ready.
  • Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and unopened, with all tags and labels attached.
  • If you purchased the product with a free gift as part of a promotional offer, the free gift must also be returned when returning the product. The gift must also be in its original condition, unused, and not fall under non-returnable categories or products.
  • Ensure that any accessories sold with the product are attached.

Time Required for the Return Process

  • Return request via customer service (Collection): The collection process takes about 2-4 working days to arrange and collect the products to be returned.
  • Return request via customer service (Processing): The quality inspection and refund process takes 3 working days.
  • Return request via customer service (Refund): We will contact you to arrange your cash refund.

Exchange Process

To exchange a product:

  • Contact “Customer Service” to return the products you purchased.
  • Ensure they match the previously mentioned return conditions.
  • We refund you in cash once the products pass inspection.
  • Purchase new products through a new order.

Returning Damaged or Defective Products

All products sold online are carefully inspected and packaged before delivery.

In the unlikely event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, or if the product does not match the description on our website or mobile application, you will have the right to return the product.

When the product is eligible for a refund, the full price of the product will be refunded.

If you return the entire order, you will be entitled to a full refund of the order amount.

Refunds

Orders are paid in cash on delivery, so we refund you in cash. We will contact you to arrange it once your return has been inspected.
